John loves to get fired up and inspired by growth and opportunity. His enthusiasm and can do attitude is infectious. John is always working on a new idea or project and loves to brainstorm and strategise with clients. He takes change in his stride and brings light and laughter (and often questionable jokes) to life’s challenges.

Emily is our foundation and driver. She is passionate about achieving inclusion and diversity for us and our clients, she knows what makes people tick and is our brand ambassador, she cultivates our pioneering work culture, environment, and ethos, Emily achieves all of this whilst wrangling the team and strategising the next steps for the business.

Operations Director
Amul is a born networker and loves nothing more than to meet interesting people and build relationships. His dry sense of humour and restless streak mean he is often found clocking up thousands of steps while in humorous conversation. He enjoys pacing the streets of London while catching up with clients on the hop. Just add coffee.
Tony Higgenson
Operations Manager
Nothing gets past Tony. He has an eye for the detail and his finger firmly on the pulse. He knows his stuff and keeps our clients in safe, steady hands. Known for his football punditry and banter, you might want to avoid him if Spurs win. You’ll never hear the end of it.
